Mamma Rosa is one of the sister restaurants of Giovanni's in Rotorua and The Bicycle Thief in Canterbury. We make traditional Napolitana pizzas with local fresh ingredients. Our pizza dough is lovingly kneaded by hand and matured for twenty-four hours. Our pizzas are cooked at 450 degrees celsius in our beautiful traditional wood-fired pizza oven.
